I’m Tracy French, and my mission in real estate is to help my clients achieve their real estate goals by making the best decisions for their particular situation. I listen; so I know what is most important to you. Then I will advise and guide you in your decisions while I do my part to achieve the results you want.
My clients expect the best from me, and they will get it – beginning with communication. Not only will I keep you informed of everything related to purchase or sale; you’ll know that if you call or email with a question or concern, I’ll respond as quickly as possible. And if they just need to “talk something out,” I’ll take the time to listen.
Clients can also trust I won’t mislead them, and I’ll give them my honest opinion. If I see a potential problem, I’ll share that thought rather than let you continue with a decision that might not be beneficial. I’ll also prepare an Estimate of Seller’s Proceeds both at the time of listing and when reviewing offers. Sellers need to know exactly what a given purchase price means to them after all is said and done.
Real estate is a relationship-based business, and I will strive to create client relationships built on trust and confidence. My ultimate goal is to have a customer base built entirely on referrals from clients who are completely satisfied with the professional and caring services they received.
